The dividing curtain construction electric slided

The dividing curtain construction installed to the roof, electric slided, allows the separation the sports hall, the curtain is moved electrically to the side using a system of rollers attached to the guide rail.

The curtain material can be a protection net, cotton fabric or a combination of net and curtain fabric.

The structure consists of: a guide rail, it is attached to the load-bearing wall and the bottom girder belt at the adaptation length. The rail structure is a C steel profile, cold-formed. A system of guide rollers made of polyamide wheels, holders securing the curtain / net material to the rollers. Depending on the construction, an additional steel sub-structure made of steel brackets, attached to the roof girders. The electric motor is attached to the supporting wall (3-phase motor with 230V), controlled by a remote control or a key on the socket switch.

The advantage of this construction is the simplicity of use, the light curtain allows for quick application as needed. The curtain, after sliding to the side, takes about 80 cm deep (often fastened with a rope to ladders or in the space between ladders or other devices on the wall). The disadvantage is that it lowers the space of the girders in the case of roof curvature, the rail must be fixed perpendicular to the sports floor.

The length and height of the structure is adaptive to the conditions in the hall or gym.
