The dividing curtain construction, slided by hand
The dividing curtain construction installed to the roof, slided by hand
The dividing curtain construction installed to the roof, slided by hand, allows separating a sports hall in two or more parts, the curtain is moved to the side manually, using a roller system, pulling by hands.
The curtain material can be a protection net, cotton fabric or a combination of protection net and curtain fabric.
The structure consists of: a guide rail, it is attached to the load-bearing wall and the bottom girder belt at the adaptation length. The rail structure is a C steel profile, cold-formed. A system of guide rollers made of polyamide wheels, holders securing the curtain / mesh material to the rollers. Depending on the construction, an additional steel sub-structure made of steel brackets, attached to the roof girders.
The advantage of this construction is the simplicity of use, the light curtain allows for quick application as needed. The curtain, when rolled up to the side, takes about 80cm deep (often fastened with a rope to ladders or in the space between ladders or other devices on the wall). It is also a solution that applies to smaller facilities. The disadvantage is that it lowers the space of the girders in the case of roof curvature, the rail must be fixed perpendicular to the sports floor.
The length of the structure is adapted to the needs (recommended up to 15m). Curtain height (recommended up to 6m).
Construction posts painted according to RAL palettes
The net or curtain material that is part of the curtain is not included in the construction set.
