Goods and products offered in the sportservis.pl store are brand new and are covered by the manufacturer's, importer's or seller's warranty. Generally, the warranty period is 12 or 24 months, and any possible deviations (extension of the warranty period) from this rule are indicated in the product description.
Complaints about the goods during the warranty period are reduced to reporting to the shop staff information about the defect, then sending the product with the complaint form to the company's address. Please attach a copy of the proof of purchase (VAT invoice or receipt) to the shipment.
The warranty does not cover all mechanical damages and damages caused by careless or improper, improper use.
